Frequently asked questions

Everything you might wonder

Shipping, storage, cooking, returns — the answers are here. Still stuck? Drop us a line.

How long does shipping take across Australia?

Orders are packed within 1 business day and shipped via Australia Post. Most deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days for metro areas, and 3–8 business days for regional Australia.

How should I store my olive oil?

Keep the bottle in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and sunlight. Olive oil is a fresh product — use it within 12 months of harvest for peak flavour and health benefits.

Is it really single-origin?

Yes. Every bottle is pressed from olives grown in one grove owned by our family. We never blend with imported oil. You'll see the harvest year on every bottle.

What makes cold-pressed different?

Traditional industrial oils are extracted using heat and solvents that destroy polyphenols — the compounds responsible for olive oil's health benefits. Our oil is pressed mechanically at low temperature (cold-pressed), preserving flavour and nutrients.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund your order. Food safety rules mean we can't resell returned product, so you don't even need to send it back.

Is Auroliva olive oil suitable for cooking?

Absolutely. Fresh extra virgin olive oil has a smoke point of around 190–210°C — plenty for sautéing, roasting and baking. For the biggest flavour payoff, drizzle it raw over finished dishes.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at the moment. We keep costs down and freshness high by focusing on the Australian market.

Do you offer wholesale or restaurant pricing?

Yes — please use the contact form with your business details and we'll get back to you within two business days.
