These terms govern your purchase of products from auroliva.com.au. Please read them carefully. They don't exclude or limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Placing an order
When you submit an order through our site, we treat it as your offer to buy. We'll confirm receipt with an order number on screen and by email. Your contract with us forms when we confirm payment has been received and the order is ready to ship.
We may decline an order for any reason — for example, a pricing error, out-of-stock product, or concerns about the order's authenticity. If we decline, we'll let you know and refund any payment you've made.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is charged in addition and shown before you submit your order.
Payment is arranged directly with our team after you place your order. We'll contact you within 24 hours with payment details.
Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping page. These are estimates — actual delivery depends on Australia Post. If your order hasn't arrived in twice the estimated time, email us and we'll investigate.
Consumer guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods must be:
- Of acceptable quality
- Fit for any disclosed purpose
- Matching descriptions given on our site
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with your oil, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order. Food-safety rules mean we can't resell returned product, so you don't need to send it back.
Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by Auroliva or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the product or refunding the purchase price. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which our business is registered.
