We never collect or store your payment card details on this site. If you pay us, payment is arranged separately after your order is placed.

Who we share it with
We only share your information where strictly necessary:
- Australia Post (and other couriers) — to deliver your order

We keep order records for seven years to meet Australian tax record-keeping requirements. Contact enquiries are kept for two years so we can reference previous conversations if you return. After these periods, we delete your data.

Your information is stored on a secure server within Australia. Access is restricted to the Auroliva team members who need it to fulfil your order. Our site is served over HTTPS. We follow the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and will inform you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Your rights

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to our legal obligations)
