Hand-pressed 2026 green harvest — small batch, limited stock
Our story

A family, a grove, and one honest bottle.

We believe real food has a name, a face and a place. Here's ours.

Auroliva olive grove at dawn

The grove

Our trees grow in a single grove, on land our family has worked for generations. We tend the grove by hand — no industrial machinery tearing through the rows, no chemical shortcuts. The trees take their time, and so do we.

When the olives turn just past green — the moment polyphenols are at their peak — we pick them. That decision is judgement, not a calendar.

The press

Freshness is everything. Within four hours of harvest, our olives are crushed and pressed — cold, without heat or solvents — on our own press. The result is a vivid green oil that smells like a fresh-cut lawn and a ripe tomato at the same time.

We don't blend with cheaper oils. We don't age in tankers. We don't cut corners. What you open is what we made.

The family

We put our name on every bottle because we stand behind it. When you pour a glass on a salad or swirl a drop over soup, you're tasting the same oil we serve at our own dinner table.

We're small. We like it that way. Small means we know every bottle. Small means every customer matters.
